Dina el-Shenoufy

Co-Founder & General Partner
Dina joined Flat6Labs in its early days and has been a driving force behind its growth into one of the most active venture capital firms in Africa and the Middle East. With over 20 years of experience across venture capital, private equity, and asset management, she has played a pivotal leadership role in expanding Flat6Labs to 7 countries, investing in 300+ startups, and managing $90M+ in assets under management. Dina is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a Kauffman Fellow, and a graduate of the American University in Cairo. She is passionate about harnessing the power of entrepreneurship to foster innovation, drive sustainable growth, and create meaningful opportunities that ignite transformative, lasting impact across emerging markets.

Ramez El-Serafy

Co-Founder & General Partner
Ramez El-Serafy is the General Partner and Co-Founder of F6 Ventures. He accumulates more than 18 years of experience in technology, investments, entrepreneurship and management. Ramez served as Flat6Labs’ CEO from 2011 to 2025. Before leading Flat6Labs, Ramez was responsible for building and managing the mobile app business at Sarmady - a Vodafone Company. Ramez also served as board member at the Global Accelerator Network between 2014 & 2016. He holds a B.Sc degree in Computer Engineering from Alexandria University.

Eyad Albayouk

Partner, GCC
Eyad is a seasoned investment professional with over 12 years of experience in alternative investments, spanning venture capital, private equity, and real assets. Prior to his current role, he was a Principal at Arzan VC, where he supported the launch and deployment of Arzan VC Fund II, an early-stage MENA-focused fund. Earlier in his career, Eyad served as a Portfolio Manager at Sanabil Investments, overseeing a diverse portfolio and serving on the Board of Virgin Mobile KSA. He began his career at EY and has since grown into a prominent figure in Saudi Arabia’s investment ecosystem. Eyad is also an early investor and Vice Chairman of Qoyod, a cloud-based accounting platform, and Chairman of AlwanMed, a medical supplies distributor. As an active investor and advisor, he has participated in deploying over $300 million across various asset classes, both as a GP and LP.

Ryaan Sharif

Partner, GCC
Ryaan started his career at Ernst & Young in the Transaction Advisory Department whereby he worked on numerous engagements with multinational firms in developing business plans, due diligence and valuations. Ryaan then went on to become a Senior Manager at the Economic Development Board of Bahrain whereby he personally account managed and attracted US$300 million in foreign direct investment. In early 2018, Ryaan was appointed as the Managing Director of Flat6Labs Bahrain, whereby they invested in 38 portfolio companies in Bahrain of which 65% of the portfolio managed to achieve follow-on-funding in just over one year of operating. In 2019, Ryaan went on to join Batelco where he headed the B2C Investments in the Digital Development Department. Batelco was mandated to deploy US$500 million, as a strategic investor, into high growth digital companies in the form of potential majority equity investments, joint ventures and regional partnerships. Ryaan prior to his current role, rejoined Flat6Labs in Mid-2021 as the GM for Flat6Labs Abu Dhabi where they launched a US$32 million fund in partnership with ADQ, the sovereign wealth fund of Abu Dhabi, that will aim at initially investing in 60 startups over the next three years.

Rasha Manna

Partner, Levant
Rasha is a seasoned professional with a remarkable record in shaping entrepreneurial landscapes. Formerly the GM at Flat6Labs, Amman, Jordan, overseeing the selection and acceleration of startups, fostering key local and international partnerships vital for the tech ecosystem. With a significant stint as Managing Director at Endeavor, Amman, Rasha elevated the organization's profile, doubling the board size, securing funding, and pioneering initiatives like 'Beyond Capital,' a program funded by a $10 million USAID grant. She curated prominent events like the DealMakers' Event, attracting substantial investments to Jordan. At Luminous Education, Rasha’s strategic prowess was evident as she designed expansion plans, established partnerships, and championed sustainable funding models. Later, as Impact Advisor at UNDP/SDG Impact Jordan, she led initiatives post-COVID, raising awareness about private sector contributions to the SDGs and securing substantial funding for Jordan’s impact economy. Rasha’s expertise lies in startup acceleration, strategic partnerships, and sustainable development, making her a driving force behind transformative entrepreneurship.

Walid Triki

Partner, Africa
Walid has extensive expertise in investment management, startup incubation, and financial analysis. Formerly serving as the General Manager at Flat6Labs in Tunis, Tunisia, he excels in sourcing and evaluating potential investments, managing investment portfolios, and fostering relationships with global investors. His leadership roles in Wiki Start Up and BPI, along with his experience as an Investment Assistant and Sales Officer at United Gulf Financial Services, showcase his diverse skill set, including staff management, program execution, financial modeling, and transaction coordination. Walid's background also includes roles as an Investment Director Assistant and a Junior Financial Analyst, where he demonstrated proficiency in valuation, financial analysis, and strategic planning. His strong background in investment management, combined with his analytical skills, make him a valuable asset in the finance and startup ecosystem.

Christine Namara

Partner, Africa
Namara has extensive experience within the African technology ecosystem. Her remarkable journey has seen her transition from the operational side to the dynamic world of venture capital. In her previous roles at two prominent high-growth startups in East Africa, Namara honed her skills in B2B sales, people management, and product management. Prior to her current role, Namara was the Head of Ventures at The Baobab Network, an accelerator for early stage startups in Africa, through which she managed a team , run and redesigned the accelerator. With 25 startups going through the program in a 2 year period. This has allowed Namara to acquire a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that entrepreneurs face in their early stage in these rapidly evolving conditions. Her expertise extends beyond operational industry knowledge; she has a unique ability to identify and nurture promising African startups. This diverse background has afforded Namara an intricate understanding of the multifaceted challenges and opportunities that early-stage entrepreneurs encounter in the ever-evolving African tech landscape.

Hraztan Kalinian

Chief of Staff
Hraztan has over 15 years of diverse experience in corporate communication, public affairs, operations, strategy and organization development. Hraztan paved his way over the past 10 years by managing various functions within the Human Resources department including and not limited to performance management, training, development, talent management and employee engagement. Hraztan formerly led the role of Director of People and Operations at Flat6Labs. Hraztan also worked as an Human Capital Planning Manager, Human Resources- Development Specialist, and Corporate Communication and Public Affairs Coordinator for more than 8 years.

Mohamed AlGhannam

Principal
Mohamed is a seasoned investment professional with over 13 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, direct investments, and strategic planning. He led the establishment of Commercial International Bank’s corporate venture arm, CVentures, focused on early-stage startup investments, and played a key role in formulating the bank’s expansion strategy in Africa. Beyond his core responsibilities, he has mentored over 70 startups through platforms such as Flat6Labs, AUC Venture Lab, VC4A, and RiseUp, advising on business strategy, financial planning, fundraising, and valuation. He holds a Master of Science in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship from the University of Leeds, complementing his deep investment expertise with advanced knowledge in entrepreneurial growth and innovation.

Cherif Hamdy

Investment Manager
Cherif is an investor and operator with 10+ years of alternative investment and entrepreneurship experience across venture capital, private equity, real estate, financial technology, and healthcare in emerging markets. He built a career at the intersection of venture building and private markets investing—leading fund formation, value creation, and strategic execution, while founding and operating multiple ventures. He holds a BBA from Concordia University and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.

Asma Bouzaidi

Investment Manager
Asma brings several years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, and startup support. Before joining F6 Ventures, she worked with Deloitte and EY, where she specialized in transaction services, corporate finance, and advisory. Her strong background in finance and strategic advisory enables her to guide early-stage startups through investment readiness, due diligence, and growth planning.

Wissam Nasrallah

Senior Investment Associate
Wissam is a seasoned investment professional with a strong track record in venture capital and strategic operations across the MENA region. He spent nearly five years at EQ2 Ventures, where he evaluated early-stage opportunities and supported portfolio growth across multiple sectors. Prior to that, he gained experience in financial planning, business development, and supply chain strategy through roles at Henkel, L'Oréal, and Wamda Capital. Wissam graduated from the American University of Beirut with a BBA in Finance and Operations Management.

Maya Oda Pacha

Senior Investment Associate
Maya Oda Pacha leads early-stage deal sourcing, evaluation, and portfolio support across North and Sub-Saharan Africa. With a background in private equity and a BBA from ESADE Business School, Maya brings a strong analytical foundation and strategic insight to venture investing. She actively engages in ecosystem development through speaking engagements, mentorship, and accelerator initiatives, with a focus on empowering startups and fostering inclusive innovation across emerging markets.

Omar Tosson

Investment Associate
Omar specializes in early-stage venture and impact investing across MENA. With prior experience in U.S. capital markets and financial analysis at SunTrust and Morgan Hunter, he also supported philanthropic investment strategies at the Kansas State University Foundation.

Achraf Khallouli

Investment Associate
Achraf comes with a background in econometrics, finance, and early-stage startup support. He combines data-driven investment analysis with hands-on entrepreneurial experience, having co-founded a startup and worked closely with founders across Africa. He holds a Master’s in Econometrics and a BBA in Finance.

Nour Jmean

Investment Analyst
Nour is an investment and finance professional with experience in asset management, market research, and investment analysis. At Capital Investments, she supported portfolio managers with insights across equities and fixed income. A CFA Level II candidate, she brings strong analytical skills and a deep interest in regional financial markets.

Marwan Sakr

Investment Analyst
Marwan has a strong foundation in financial analysis and transaction support. Prior to joining F6 Ventures, he worked at Intercap Capital in Cairo, where he contributed to investment banking mandates across M&A and capital raising, applying his skills in financial modeling, market research, and deal execution.

Seif Motawea

Investment Analyst
Seif previously worked at Quencia Capital and Al Ahly Capital Holding, focusing on valuations, market research, and investment strategy across multiple sectors. Seif also gained experience in equity research, investment banking, and export development, building a well-rounded foundation in finance and emerging markets.

Aymen Saadya

Finance Director
Aymen is an accomplished finance leader. He brings deep expertise in financial planning and analysis within the high-growth venture capital ecosystem, helping drive accurate budgeting, fund management, and operational finance across multiple country-led programs.

Ahmed Al Qubaty

Senior Accountant
Ahmed is a finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in financial operations, fund accounting, and regulatory compliance. He has managed a wide range of responsibilities including VAT reporting, financial system implementation, and the preparation of financial statements. Ahmed brings a strong command of accounting principles and a practical understanding of startup and investment environments, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency in financial processes.

Mourhaf Nassr

Senior Accountant
Mourhaf is a seasoned financial accountant with over 10 years’ experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within the venture capital and private equity sectors.
